Dean is a Corgi registered plumbing engineer with 15 years experience in the plumbing industry. Dean has previously worked for reputable companies before starting up his
own business.
Dean has been dedicated to ensuring that the company provides a range of services that cover our working partners/customers requirements, offering the highest level of
customer care. An example of such a service is the heating demonstration devised by Dean to inform all new Linden Homes customers how to use their new heating systems safely and efficiently.
Dean is normally the first person to greet and welcome Linden Homes customers into their new homes.

Paul has brought many years of experience to the team. Having successfully spearheaded several financial departments in various reputable companies, Paul has taken the knowledge he gained and applied it to the business strategies of Capital Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd.

Rachel Humphrey / Office Manager
Rachel joined Capital Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd in January 2011. Having just finished A levels she has brought both fresh and innovative ideas to the team dynamic at Capital Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd.
Tasks include assisting the Managing Director with the day to day running of the company, whilst liaising with customer services teams, contacting customers direct to arrange meetings and making appointments that are then allocated to our engineers for work to be carried out.

Joel Gibbs / IT & Web Marketing Administrator
Joel recently joined the Capital Plumbing team after gaining experience in both the IT & Marketing sector within several multinational organisations. Now he is taking the time to transfer this valued experience into our rapidly growing company.
His role involves managing all social media entities the company take part in as well as the internal network, so that both the engineer and the internal staff have the best opportunity to provide an unparalleled service to its valued customers.

Sophie Evans / Customer Services Co-ordinator
Sophie joined the Capital Plumbing team in December 2010 having obtained years of experience in the customer service field. Sophie has brought her knowledge and forward thinking to Capital Plumbing and has become an integral part of the team.
Day to day tasks include allocating work to specific engineers, liaising with Customer Service Departments to co-ordinate works, ensuring that the invoicing procedure is kept up to date and that all our engineers have the relevant information and paperwork to enable them to go about their daily appointments.
Sophie has been a valuable addition to the team, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and that we are delivering the highest level of customer service to all our customers.
