Dean Croft / Managing Director
Dean is a Corgi registered plumbing engineer with 15 years experience in the plumbing industry. Dean has previously worked for reputable companies before starting up his
own business.
Dean has been dedicated to ensuring that the company provides a range of services that cover our working partners/customers requirements, offering the highest level of
customer care. An example of such a service is the heating demonstration devised by Dean to inform all new Linden Homes customers how to use their new heating systems safely and efficiently.
Dean is normally the first person to greet and welcome Linden Homes customers into their new homes.

Bryan Croft / Financial Director & Company Secretary
Bryan has brought many years experience to the team. Having successfully run his own business for 30 years, Bryan has taken the knowledge he has gained from this and applied it to the business strategies of Capital Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd.

Melanie Eyles / Office Manager
Melanie joined Capital Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd in March 2005. Having previously worked as a Team leader and Line Manager for customer services teams at large insurance brokers, Melanie has brought her customer services skills to the company.
Tasks include assisting the Managing Director with the day to day running of the company, whilst liaising with customer services teams, contacting customers direct to arrange meetings and making appointments that are then allocated to our engineers for work to be carried out.

Derek Williams / Senior Engineer
Derek has come to the company with over 20 years experience in the plumbing industry, previously working for companies such as Watkins. Derek is very often the face of Capital Plumbing, as he has direct contact with clients when attending their properties.
Derek attends properties to carry out investigations and rectification works ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

Barbara Coldwell / Customer Services Co-ordinator
Barbara joined the Capital Plumbing team in February 2008 having obtained many years experience in the customer services field. Barbara has brought her knowledge and forward thinking to Capital Plumbing and has become an integral part of the team.
Day to day tasks include allocating work to specific engineers, liasing with Customer Service Departments to co-ordinate works, ensuring that the invoicing proceedure is kept up to date and that all our engineers havde the relevant information and paperwork to enable them to go about their daily appointments.
Barbara has been a valuable addition to the team, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and that we are delivering the highest level of customer service to all our customers. |
