Once the form has been submitted, our Customer Services team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to answer any questions you might have and to help you complete registration for the plan that you are interested in.
COVER WILL NOT START UNTIL ONE MONTH AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FIRST CONTRACT YEAR GIVING ELEVEN MONTHS COVER IN YEAR ONE. THIS WILL REVERT BACK TO A FULL 12 MONTHS COVER IN YEAR TWO.
