Your Manufacturers 1-2-year guarantee

We will only use manufacturers licensed products sourced from quality suppliers with good returns policies and good warranty timescale normally 12 months but in some cases we have been able to negotiate 24 month guarantee on parts for our customers. In the case of warranty issues with any such part or spare we promise to replace that material and seek reimbursement from the manufacturers thus impacting as little as possible on our customers.
