This enables the house builder to reduce the costs of any unnecessary remedial call-outs within the guarantee period. Our team has a close working relationship to ensure that we are providing a high level of service to all our working partners/customers. About Us Capital Plumbing & Heating Services was founded in 1999 by Dean Croft who won a prestigious contract with Ideal Standard, from which evolved a great working partnership with Linden Homes South East Ltd. The company became Capital Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd in September 2003 and has gradually increased in size over the years, providing a high level of customer services and support to some of the major house builders in the U.K. We as a company pride ourselves on being able to deliver a service that not only provides experienced plumbing engineers, but engineers that are able to fault find, carry out investigations and suggest viable rectification works to resolve problems or issues.
