Our charges are Clear and Concise. There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge. In addition all customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job with one of our customer coordinators.

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.  All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 15% VAT. Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend travelling to their jobs, or the London congestion charge as all of our fleet are congestion charge exempt.





Materials supplied by Capital Plumbing & Heating 24hrs Ltd, will be charged at cost plus 20%. Collection time will be kept to a minimum and this is dependent on works urgency. Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice. Any charge for collecting materials will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed £80 + VAT.

Capital has an unambiguous policy on Overcharging / Honesty; we will not under any circumstances tolerate any form of dishonesty within our company. Any operative disregarding our honesty policy will be severally reprimanded and maybe following investigation dismissed.

Our business is based around the recommendations of our satisfied customers. so we feel it is vital that we charge correctly and fairly for our work. Customers come back to us repeatedly because of the relationship of trust between us.

If any of our customers feel we have not met the high standards we aspire to, then we would like them to make us aware.
