In the unlikely event that it is necessary to go and collect a necessary part our clear and concise pricing structure as clearly laid out on our charges page stipulates that any charge for collecting materials will be agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £80 + VAT.

Your Manufacturers 1-2-year guarantee

We will only use manufacturers licensed products sourced from quality suppliers with good returns policies and good warranty timescale normally 12 months but in some cases we have been able to negotiate 24 month guarantee on parts for our customers. In the case of warranty issues with any such part or spare we promise to remove and replace that part and seek reimbursement from the manufacturers thus impacting as little as possible on our customers.

In the event that it is agreed that the boiler will be uneconomical to repair Capital plumbing will quote for the replacement like for like and also provide a quotation for a renewable energy solution such as by means of Air Source Heat Pump, solar or similar dependant on the merits of each individual job.
